Will the carpet/upholstery be wet after cleaning?

After our deep cleaning of your carpet and upholstery they usually remain damp for a short period of time but not out right wet. Right after the cleaning takes place the carpet/upholstery can be walked or sat on however it should not have any kind of dirt tracked onto it.
Turning the dehumidifier on will definitely help drying them as well.

How long does it take for my carpet to be fully dry?

In general it will take your carpet between 4-6 hours to dry completely. In saying that there are other factors that do play a role in the time it takes for your carpet to dry such as the temperature and or humidity.

Will Deep Down move our furniture around to carpet clean underneath?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not move any furniture around when carpet cleaning. If you would like specific areas cleaned you will have to make the proper furniture arrangements beforehand. In saying that, our technicians try their absoloute best to clean under pieces of furniture as well as every bit of exposed carpet.

How does the hot water extraction work for carpet cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We use a truck mount system providing our own water, heated to 195 degrees. Our system extracts 95% of the water leaving the carpets damp but walkable.

Do you clean area rugs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! If you would like any area rugs/mats cleaned you can bring them by our office at 70 Crane Lake drive anytime between 8am-5pm.
We also clean dining chairs, baby seats, cushions etc.

Can you clean my area rug at my home?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately they're cleaned at our warehouse as we have the appropriate cleaning surface and dehumidifier room to ensure they're fully dried.

Can I drop off my car for the car detailing over night?

Yes, we want to make it easy for you! We have the Key drop off box at our warehouse.
